In March 2008 David and Dorothy Dowd took possession of the nursery and with the assistance of their dedicated staff they are continuing to supply many varieties of Cordylines, Palms and Cycads as well as adding more different plant varieties to the regular plant list and developing many new and exciting changes.

Our Business

A well established Palm, Cycad and Cordyline nursery and show garden. Other plants currently available are Bromeliads and Dracaena with Anthuriums and Cucuma to be added in the New Year.

Both of the new owners have many years experience in the horticultural field. They have developed the Bali Orchid Garden as well as an extensive cut flower business in Bali over the last 12 years. Having migrated from New Zealand, the purchase of this nursery is an extension of their horticultural interests and will provide a pleasing landscaped property for their retirement in years to come.

Palm Fascination's garden has been developed by the former owners and is now set for improvement and expansion ready for future Open Garden days.

Who We Are

You may have seen Palm Fascinations on a past Burke's backyard program. Soon it will be open for viewing again but as with any take over there is always a lot of work to do to get back into top order. First we have had to keep all our loyal customer's happy and concentrate on stock development and supply.

Palm Fascinations is registered with the Nursery and Garden Industry of Queensland.

The Nursery is registered as a red ant free zone.

We are mainly a wholesale nursery but we retail from garden shows and expos and larger retail landscaping sales can be arranged from the nursery.
